MS-FACT MEMBERSHIP
We are pleased to announce that MS-FACT is now accepting membership forms. Annual membership fees are $20 and dues-paying
members will each receive our e-newsletter, an invitation to our monthly meetings (via email), a membership card and voting rights
in our elections.
As a dues-paying member, you are asked to be an active participant in our organization. Participation can be achieved
through an array of opportunities including, but not limited to, serving as a county contact, attending meetings, assisting with petition-signing
and/or fundraising events, etc.
All members must complete a membership form and submit a $20 payment made payable to MS-FACT. There
are two ways to submit membership forms and/or pay membership dues.
1) Complete our online electonic membership form below and save it as a document file to your computer and send as an attachment
in an email to:

2) Print and complete the below PDF version and submit with your check or money order to:

The primary mission of MS-FACT in the coming year is to pass a first offense felony law for aggravated cruelty to cats and dogs. Membership
dues will help with the numerous expenses associated with getting this important legislation enacted. Please consider becoming a voting
member to help MS-FACT achieve its goal and so your voice can be heard. In order to vote in the upcoming May 1st election, dues must
be paid by April 30, 2010 by 5:00 pm and you must be present at the May 1st meeting to cast your ballot.
